The H.L.A. Scholarship. Harryson carried an unshakeable belief that every person had something rare to offer, especially the ones the world was quickest to overlook. Through the Harryson L. Anderson Scholarship, we put that belief into practice: a $2,500 award for the student who shows up every day, maintains a 2.0 to 3.0 GPA, and simply needs someone to recognize their worth.

Comforting the Grieving. Harryson's love was a tangible anchor. It was found in the laughter bouncing around the family pool, his open-door welcome at backyard cookouts, and his fierce, protective loyalty to his friends. Today, that love drives our deepest mandate: comforting the grieving. No family should ever have to navigate the isolating, devastating aftermath of gun violence alone. We wrap shattered families across North Carolina in an unwavering community of emergency assistance, professional counseling, and absolute care during their darkest hours.

Uplifting the Unseen. Assurance is the promise that no neighborhood in North Carolina is too broken, too far, or too forgotten to receive care. We address gun violence at its roots through youth outreach, community advocacy, and safe spaces, showing up for underserved communities the way Harryson showed up for his friends: consistently, faithfully, and without conditions.
